SHIPPING POLICY:

USPS Standard Mail : $8 (24 Hour Processing & 3-4 business days shipping )
USPS Next Day Express Mail: $21 ( 4-12 Hour Processing & 1 business day shipping)

Free shipping (USPS Standard Mail) for orders over $100.
Please keep in mind shipping days are BASED ON BUSINESS DAYS.
What are your shipping days?
At Aesthetik Collection it is our mission to get your orders in the most accurate & efficient way possible, we ship orders out daily for orders placed by 2pm & the next business day for orders placed by 9pm. We do not ship orders during the weekends.
How long do orders take to be processed?
Please be aware that orders can take up to 48 business hours to be processed. Orders can be processed as fast as 4-24 hours and shipped out before the designated ship day contingent upon our order traffic.
What company does Aesthetik Collection use to ship packages?
We currently only offer shipping via USPS only.
Do we offer international shipping?
We do not offer international shipping at this moment.
What happens if I have not received my order?
Aesthetik Collection is not responsible for any delays caused by unclaimed packages, incorrect address and shipping carrier. Once the order has been shipped your package is now the postal couriers responsibility. Please be aware that tracking updates daily, so constantly check your tracking link.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and, you have not received it, you must contact United States
Postal Service directly. In the event that your package shows that it was delivered to a different address that you didn't input at checkout please contact us via customer service with your order # and tracking #.
How does UPS Guaranteed Ground shipping work?
Based upon the time of your order, your order will be processed within 24 or 48 hours. All orders placed by 9pm EST will be processed to ship out the next business day. Any orders placed by 2pm will ship out the same business day. Once your order is processed a label will be created providing you with a tracking number. Your tracking number will not update until it is scanned by UPS throughout the delivery process. Your orders will be delivered to you within 1-5 business days.
When will I receive my tracking information?
You’ll receive your tracking information via email once a shipping label is created for your order. It can take up 72 hours to receive a tracking number.

Exchanges:
We cannot guarantee that the product will be available so we do not offer exchanges due to high demand.
Returns:
You may return items within 14 days of the delivery date of your item. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Aesthetik Collection tags attached. At the moment Aesthetik DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS for returned items. We offer store credit or exhanges ONLY. It can take up to a week to receive your store credit upon the date that we receive your return. If you would like to process a return for store credit or an exchange, please contact us via email at info@shopaesthetik.com. Please be sure to include your first and last name, along with your order # and a descriptive reason as to why you would like to return/exchange the item for store credit, along with a photo attachment providing proof of the issue.

How often do we restock our merchandise?
If you would like to be notified of restocks please sign up on the item page for restock alerts. You also can always check back with our site and Instagram page. We receive new merchandise on a monthly basis.
How do I track my order?
Once an order is placed please allow 24-72 hours to receive a tracking number via email.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed we cannot change or cancel your order. We are very quick at processing orders to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. You can refer to our return policy procedures to receive store credit only.
What is the return policy?
Aesthetik DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS for returned items. We offer store credit ONLY.
